W YACHT GROUP

Independent engineering judgment, brokerage, and advisory support for yacht owners, buyers, and their professional teams—when clarity and technical rigor matter most.

THE FIRM

I founded W Yacht Group to provide yacht owners and buyers with independent engineering judgment when it matters most. The firm was built on the principle that complex marine decisions require objective technical clarity—not sales pressure or outcome-driven advice.

With a background in naval architecture and marine engineering, my work focuses on supporting technically complex decisions across the full lifecycle of yacht ownership. This includes refits and upgrades, new construction oversight, acquisitions and sales, asset management, and technical dispute matters where engineering rigor and practical execution must align.

W Yacht Group operates at the intersection of engineering, advisory services, and brokerage. Brokerage activities are offered as a natural extension of our engineering work—allowing clients to benefit from deep technical insight, market knowledge, and independent evaluation throughout a transaction, without sales-driven pressure.

I am also engaged as an expert witness in marine-related legal and insurance matters, providing independent technical analysis, defensible opinions, and professional testimony grounded in accepted engineering practice and documented evidence.

Across every engagement, W Yacht Group’s role is to step in early, assess technical realities, reduce risk, and help clients move forward with confidence and informed judgment—before issues become costly or irreversible.

Harry Warticovschi

our approach

W Yacht Group operates with a selective, engineering-led advisory approach focused on early technical clarity and informed decision-making. Clients typically engage the firm when projects involve complexity, uncertainty, or long-term consequences that benefit from independent technical judgment.

Engagements are intentionally limited, allowing for direct involvement, objective oversight, and close coordination with owners and their professional teams. Work often begins with an assessment of technical conditions, constraints, and risks, followed by clear recommendations and practical next steps.

Depending on the nature of the engagement, this approach may extend into ongoing advisory support, technical oversight, brokerage involvement, or expert analysis—always guided by independence, discretion, and long-term outcomes rather than transactional pressure.

Work with a trusted technical advisor

Early advisory involvement can reduce risk, improve outcomes, and clarify next steps before commitments are made.
